Kick Quebec out of Canada

Please sign this petition if you would like Quebec to separate from Canada therefore saving Canadians 8 Billion dollars in equalization payments annually. Canada can then negotiate the partitioning of Quebec territory so that Loyalists can have unrestricted access to the Maritime Provinces as well as unrestricted access through the St Lawrence seaway.
