Put an end to school bullies and bring back the cane

These days kids are getting worse and worse by the day and I would like for everyone to help me bring back the cane because kids are getting way out of hand with bullying others for no reason at all I do blame the parents for not raising them properly but that's not going to change but what will help a lot is by punishing the kids which in hopefulness that the parents start to make changes and start kicking there kids up the bum for bullying innocent others, I hope you all agree with this because one day this could be your kid being brutally beaten for no reason at all, a little change can make a difference even if we don't agree but giving that tough love is better than ignoring the situation that is happening today. It's time to say we have had enough and we want something put in place to keep our kids safe at school so no one has to watch there kids walking through that door with tears down there face and cuts and bruises. In my opinion we should never have taken the cane away. I hope this gets enough signatures and supporters, thank you and god bless
