Stop Animal Captivity and Pinioning Immediately

Many Birds in UK are effected by pinioning (Cutting of sensitive nerves in the birds feathers, result in one wing permanently amputated). Usually it is carried on baby birds without any pain killers. These birds can never fly for their whole life. First the captivity is a crime and then Pinioning makes animals violence worse. We appeal to EU, Prime Minister David Cameron, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to stop this insane crime.
