Where did all the money go?

We should sing this petition because there were no recipts/documents, or anything to show to the resident's of where the RRHA funding went between the year's of 2013 and 2014 because it was not agreed upon by the body or community of 4th Ave. Also Mr. Mitchell had no documents of spending of the funds and we have not had any activities since July 4, 2013
