The neglect of serious issues needing to be fixed and Mobile homes being maintained to living standards. According to landlord/ Tenant law rights, Many of these are being violated, such as exposed electrical issues which may cause homes to be lost due to electrical fires. There are many homes with severe structural issues which is also causing there to be severe bug infestation. We want homes to be maintained and up to living standards and have a Person that is willing to fix the serious issues before the minor. Also have the infestation problems handled by landlords and not tenants.
