Help turn New York City Animal Care Center into NON-kill

I petition this to Mayor Bill deBlasio and the city of New York to take urgent action for animals such as dogs to be saved. We need the NYACC(New York Animal Care Center) to become non-kill shelters. Shelters such as that are not given enough time to spread the word to save strays that only have limited time. If we are able to turn them into non-kill shelters then we save many precious lives, many very young pups. Even senior and dogs with health and behavioral problems need assistance and we can't sit back and allow days to pass because with each ones passing there are innocent dogs being euthanized. Please step up and pass the word to others, power is in numbers we need people to speak for these animals who can't. This extends far past just NYC and I urge all animal lovers to take a stand and end this cruelty finally and allow more time to find these dogs loving home.
