Over 30 vaccinated , neutered , defenseless , cared for dogs were BRUTALLY killed by poison the 7 of July . The poison was thrown over the 2 m high fence at night time and next morning the dogs was dead :-(

The brutal heartless CRIME found place at Linda Lukas shelter for Rescue Dogs in Kaina , Chania , Crete.

Dear Mr. Mayor Manolis Skoulakis and Grigoris Markakis in Chania and Apokoronas.
Animal friends all over the world and supporters of the shelter in Kaina for Rescue dogs , runned by Linda Lukas JUST had enough.
A disgusting CRIME done by some of your residents have to be solved and the criminal have to be convicted . They throw poison over the fence at nighttime and all the dogs died in cruel pain. ( we dont hope its legal in Greece ? )
Linda Lukas is the most hard working woman we know and she do A LOT for animal welfare in YOUR country . Of course its a terrible and insecure time for Linda and the dogs. We all know that Linda dont take the dogs into the shelter , but your residents throw them over the fence almost every night when they are tired of their animals. The fence is 2 m high and very often it ends with a broken leg and who have to pay for that ? Linda of course. Animal welfare , neutering and change the law is the keyword .
