Against Animal Cruelty?? Help Our Planet ?

The growing crime against animals being abused has increased dramatically, every day animals are used as bateing dogs and many more horrible crimes.Mistreated all around the Earth animals live in pain and unbearable conditions, we need to improve the conditions that these animals are living in each day of their poor lives.
The law needs to change so these criminals are punished for these crimes?/
