White Oak Hills POA Petition to Terminate Services of Stanley & Payne

The POA was turned over to the property owners in 2010 after which the Board voted to contract with Stanley & Payne. Since that time the property owners interests have not been served, we get nothing from Stanley & Payne other than increases in assessments each year-against the Texas Property Code. We feel that the owners would be better served by termination of this contract.
