Alcohol Minimum Price Introduction

I am SICK of this Government targeting responsible drinkers because society has a problem. Putting up the price of alcohol WILL NOT MAKE A BLIND BIT OF DIFFERENCE. It will however make a HUGE difference to cash-strapped individuals who rarely drink but enjoy a drink more than a lout, hell-bent on causing trouble would.
