Doctor Yacubian Day and community service award

We would like to petition the Mayor and the Quincy City Council to declare a day in honor of Dr. Alan Yacubian for his ongoing community service efforts in the city of Quincy.  And going forward, we would like to have an annual Dr. Allan Yacubian Service Award given to a member of the community who has demonstrated a selfless involvement in the city of Quincy.
