Save Mr. Pierce!

Mr. Pierce is being fired at the end of this year and the theatre department needs him. He has brought people into this department that would have never joined theatre before. He is truly welcoming to everyone and one of the easiest people in the world to talk to and to get help from. This is his first year of teaching, so of course he will not be perfect right away. The theatre department does not deserve an other director change because it is very hard for the entire department. Please give him one more year with this amazing director.
