Request termination for abandoned father

The biological father has never had an normal relationship with my child even after I have reached out made arrangements for him to be involved he failed by not showing up! Although he pays child support there as been no contact , no attempt contact, I don’t know where he lives nor do I have a contact number on him in over a year!
