Bring Don Cherry Back to Hockey

Don Cherry was wrongly fired from Sportsnet over his supposed controversial statement regarding people who do not wear poppies for Canadian soldiers and veterans, the vast majority of those who tuned in on Saturday night was appalled by his comment because they perceived his message directed towards immigrants coming to Canada. This is an obstruction of freedom of speech and has gone too far. I have tolerated this for some time, but this is my tipping point. I wish to have Don Cherry brought back to Hockey Night in Canada, where he belongs. And regardless of what he says, we need to keep it to ourselves and not cost someone their job because our feelings are hurt.
