Seal Coat of Grumann Drive leaving aggregate residue on lawns and property.

Seal coating of Grumann Drive as well as several conntcting streets seemed to provide a good surface for our streets. Since that time, general driving has loosend the aggregate and created a layer of gravel on lawns up to 10 feet off the street side due to snowplow throwing the loose gravel when plowing. The amounts of gravel vary from inches to layers on the lawns and gutters. Some home owners have 30 to 40 yards of lawn to rake . This is not a usual spinglike task that residents should have to provide. This gravel seal coat has not improved our street nor has it given any improvements that were necessary.
