sir since wild life act has prevented snake charmers to catch different reptiles, most common is Cobra.A cobra dies after removal of it,s fangs n poison glands.but now they have learned to earn in a novel way.Erix Johni is a bulky yet small Boa constrictor of Indian Agricultural fields. They are exporting it as a delicacy to foriegners , specially the Chinese!!! A 3 Kg snake costs Rs 70,000 or even more. I my self have kept n raised them in past ,It is very simple!! Now you will see them having notes in denominations of 500 or 1000.I have heared them bargaining with potential customers in Trains.

             I have read in News too ,that many of these docile snakes being taken to Kolkatta in Train, coiled in weet meat boxes .Criminal was not caught.
