Force the Wilpons to sell the New York Mets

As a lifelong Mets fan, I have seen many ups and downs with this team. Unfortunately, there have been many more downs than ups, especially this season. The Mets fans are loyal until the final out every single year, and this year is no different. However, it's become evident over the last number of years that ownership is nowhere close to committed to putting a winning product on the field.

The fans deserve better than this. This petition will serve as a call to action by Major League Baseball to step in and force the current ownership to sell the team to an ownership group committed to restoring a winning culture to the organization.
