Deregister all vehicles made before the year 2000

This petition is aimed at the carbon emissions of our very own carbon footprint. A call to the United Governments to consider this deregistration process as (Carbon Evolution) by deregistering all vehicles,Trucks,Bikes,Tractors etc made before the year 2000 will greatly reduce the carbon emissions. An outcome I would like to see is vehicles from the year 2000 upward eventually deregister until E Vehicles/Hybrids are the only option. This might be a kick in the gutts for some car enthusiests but chances are they won't have to live on the planet when it's to late.
