Disciplinary Action and/or termination of Lisa S, Manager and Kimberly C, District Manager

Ms. S uses her position of authority to mistreat customers who come into the Giant Gas Station. She frequently bans customers from the premises because of their color, race, sexual orientation, for no reason whatsoever or in retaliation for complaints made about her to the District Manager.. She refuses to take checks as payment and is verbally abusive and make derogatory statements/comments. When people respond to her threats and abuse, she calls law enforcement and gives self serving statements which always make her the victim.

Kimberly C, has received several complaints regarding Ms. S behavior and because of their personal relationship, refuses to take any sort of action against Ms. S. She often gives Ms. S about the names of the people who have complained about her, which causes Ms. S to retaliate.
