Objection for creche currently running at Leopards Rest Security Estate, house 4434 & 4435 Black Phantom Street

1)The application is legally incorrect as it considering two separate Erf as one. These Erf are not consolidated hence they must be treated as an individual erf.

2) The owner did not notify you as an adjoining owner and you never signed an application from received from them, neither did you receive any notification through registered mail.

3) The noise levels are unbearable from your side as a neighbour hence you are objecting to the application.
