Make Violence and Harassment Against Women Civil Rights Violations.

Whereas, rape, domestic violence, and sexual harassment is a major menace to women in the United States today,

And whereas, these crimes are clear violations of the civil rights of women;

therefore, we the undersigned hereby request that the United States Congress amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and make domestic violence and sexual assault and harassment of women violations of their civil rights and therefore criminal felonies.
