Something needs to be done about hit and run felons they are happening more often there need to be more stricter laws and punishments for the people who flee

Jose Jr left me so alone I’m hurting really bad and I feel so hopeless 😩 how can I fill that part of my heart ♥️ that belongs to him can’t believe he’s gone my 💔heart broken this pain here doesn’t go away cause they haven’t got the coward that hit him he or she fled like cowards those that did it or if there are people that have seen it or know anything please let’s us know I beg cause you guys are responsible for the lose of my son , father, brother, partner ,and friend .God almighty I pray that you let those that know or had something to do with his murder know just how they have hurt 😢 us so many people they caused a lot of heart ache for a his family aunts,uncles nieces.nephews ,partner , mom and dad grandpa and grandma ,friends that love ❤️ him so much that he touched everyone In his special way , for all his great amazing friends from Amazon all my kids are my life and for someone to come forward and give us all some peace of mind I know someone out there knows something I pray that your Conscience gets you every day of your life just as the pain is in ours you just left him there without a care in the world you have family love ones how would you feel if this happened to them wouldn’t you want justice for them my son was a loving 🥰 human being was very loved and missed he got hit on freeway 137 and Road 126 if anyone knows anything or knows who did this please come forward please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Help push stricter laws on Hit and runs they have been happening to often something need to happen to many people are loosing their love ❤️ one enough is enough plus they should serve a life sentence just like we have to hurt the rest of our lives . He had got in an argument with his girlfriend around 11:55 pm he decided to go walking towards Porterville last time I talked to him was at 12:22 am so anytime after that is when he got hit and the cowards he or she left him dead didn’t get no help or stoped to make sure no one else hit him if anyone knows what happened who did it please let us know please give us some peace of mind .There have to be stricter laws and punishments for those that flee the scene of the crime we still haven’t got any information the police needs to follow through until they catch them and punish them strictly it’s time the victims get justice not the criminals that cause all this heart ache it needs to stop it’s like everyday there’s a hit and run some get justice and some don’t it’s not fair put victims ahead of criminals please
