Please help me stop speeding in my neighborhood!!!

As of late, I have lost my dearly beloved cat to a case of someone speeding down my street. I have also seen plenty more cases of speeding in this same area and believe as a community, we need to put an end to it. I feel it is our right as a community to demand something be done about this, and I propose we ask the city to create a speed bump halfway down the street of Santiago Avenue.
