Sulphur Springs Neighborhood to stop Mr. John M. Trevethan from renting without proper background checks.

Petition Mr. John M. Trevethan to evaluate his tenants prior to renting to ensure a safe environment to the neighborhood. The neighborhood is tired of loud noises, heavy traffic and unacceptable disposal of garbage, and his own dumping of his construction debris in all his properties in the neighborhood changing the appearance of the neighborhood. It is Petitioned that Mr. Trevethan be demanded to make acceptable judgment and examination of possible renters in the neighborhood to avoid a unsafe environment and disruption of the neighborhood.
