Support Australia's Natural Bush Heritage

Did you know Australia has the worst rate of mammal extinctions of any developed country in the world? In just over 200 years we have lost nearly 30 species of precious native animals — including the iconic Tasmanian Tiger. It is estimated that a further 133 Australian mammals are at risk of disappearing forever.

Bush Heritage is a not-for-profit organisation that buys land to create healthy landscapes and provide habitat for thousands of species of Aussie wildlife - some of which are endangered or at risk. Currently we own and manage 36 such refuges around the country, totalling over one million hectares of protected land. Through partnerships with other landowners, we protect millions of hectares and thousands of species more.
