While property values have been decreasing throughout the area, Adams Farm units valuation is increasing while most values across town have been decreasing. Our builder has had to lower sales prices substantially to complete this project which is still on-going. We as seniors of this town demand fair treatment, an investigation of the formula and procedures used to value our properties, and demand that the town provide an independent town wide appraisal to ensure full and fair valuation for propert tax purposes.
