Interpol: Please find and prosecute the monster that ate a live kitten

http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=5e8_1425739036 is the URL to a video that shows how a monster eats a live kitten and rips it apart somewhere in a country where people speak Spanish, the original text on Yousign.org says it might be in Guatamala, I stopped that horrible video after very few seconds and just signed there, now I ask Interpol to please find and prosecute this barbaric individualt!!!
