Lametably the news of the recent embarrassing facts of the Cavalcades of the fair of Cali-Colombia has extended internationally, in which several horses were dead and 25 were wounded. Cause stupor than a colombian city that is recognice by its civism and progress allows that to happen. It transmit to the world another face� of the� people from Cali and colombians, one of indiference, abuse, mistreat, and the worst thing, the lack of honesty of some people who wants to deny or to deminish what happened and to allow this to continues happening.
Perhaps a concious and concequent agent chief executive� like Carlos Urresty manages to restrain such abuses� and put order in an spectacle in which innocent lives are being treatened.
