Stop Price Gouging the Sickest Patients

Rather than paying a fixed co-pay, insurers require more enrollees to pay a percentage of their medicine’s list price. This shifts the cost to the sickest patients and prevents them from knowing how much their prescription will cost until they arrive at the pharmacy.

There should be fairness in health care and it’s time to do something about it. This expensive and unpredictable practice must change and we’re working to fix it.
