Protect Alzheimer patients from abuse! Stop ignoring Memory care business from pretending to be nurs

Memory care buisness are not Nursing homes. They are not under the authority of the Attorney Generals office. Senior and disability offices and the police can not protect them from abuse. The laws have not caught up to Memory care homes which have no medical staff or training. Yet they are medicating the "clients" should they annoy the staff. Harm is being done.
