Cyber thieves steal personal information such as your name, credit card numbers etc. from your database stored in different places: banks, organizations etc. Wallet and purse theft is also a rich source of information for identity cyber thieves. 
Lately they are urging you to reveal your personal information through fake websites or in reply to an email  about a possible inheritance  from a " late uncle" or so. Thieves are sistematically pilfering sensitive personal data thus empting your accounts.
