Furbabies can't help themselves.... just as a baby is helpless. Someone has to stop these heartless people 😤.

My 2 cats were shot many times with pellet guns. One died within weeks and it took 2 years for the 2nd one to die. Unbeknownst to me, I didn't know the 2nd one had pellets in him until he died. The pellets appeared to have gone straight through him when it happened but whoever did it filled him full at the one entry.....some came out and the remainder stayed in him. Why, why, why are people so cruel?? Solution....make it felony.
