Poor dog beaten by the Local man!!

  • destinatario: to be heard by the local ministery and stop this cruelty
Couple of days ago an innocent dog was beaten y an unstable man in Samsun, Turkey. Right now this man is runnig away from justice. Since we konw that this is not his fisrt case, we want this man to be captured and delivered to related legal  authorities so that he can not hurt other poor animals or even human beings.
