New law to imprison for 5-years any citizen who kills endangered species even if it is killed outsid

Ignorant people continue to kill endangered species for sport. Humankind is a threat which endangeres not only other species, but to our own survival. Let's begin enforcing our intent to be stewards by requesting a law to imprison any citizen who kills any endangered species worldwide regardless of where it is killed.
