If Congress does not get vaccinated, they should be suspended without pay. If not vaccinated they should be recalled by home state.

If you want a cooperated government it must be unified. Not getting vaccinated is showing the American people you are not fighting for them. Americans are losing faith in Republicans. If the GOP does not follow their boss, why should Americans follow theirs?
