Punish punish puppy mill owner Patricia Z. Douglas to fullest extent of the law!

During a police raid 19 malnourished dogs: Chihuahuas, Terriers, and Dachshunds were discovered on Patricia Z. Douglas's property crammed into filthy, flea infested, squalid cages majority that were pregnant and had bite marks all over their bodies. Despite all of this and despite previous animal abuse charges on her record McCreary District Court decided to slap Douglas with a pathetic 500$ fine for the six counts of cruelty, a 50$ misdemeanor charge, and $133 in court fees. We demand the case be reviewed, and the severity of the charges be adequately upgraded to something this puppy mill owner rightfully deserves!
