STOP DRIVERS FROM DRIVING ON COUNTRY ROADS IN NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING THERE AND ANIMALS. THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN WHEN ENTERING

On March 26 2018 my puppy Dynasty was killed by a van who was driving fast on our road. They didn't stop to check to see if she was alive, they just kept on going. Dynasty neck and legs were broken. These people were senseless and heartless. My puppy would have been still alive if these people drove slower. Our roads isn't that wide and we have to cross the road to go to our mailbox. Something needs to be done about these fast drivers.
