Demanding MD Governor Hogan to put Non-Surveillance video on the medical wards in our local detentio

In 2010 my 21 year old son who was an addict was arrested for having prescription pills. He went to jail that evening. When I found out where he was I was thankful he was safe. Or so I thought. He took his life by using a sheet and hanging himself from the top bunk. Along with 5 others in the last couple years. These people are not murderers they have an illness and need to be in proper treatment. The one's who have lost their lives by their own hands should have been checked on every 20-30 minutes but were not. Please help me so no other parent has to feel this agonizing pain I feel everyday.
