STOP allowing people who are cruel to animals be given the right to own them after a few months or years!!

People should sign this because when people get caught abuseing and torturing animals all they get is a 10 month ban from looking after pets it's should be life with no pets why would you let a human that can starve kick and injure an animal ever have one again? It makes me sick to think that some of them people may have pets again one day I watched a programme a man who starved there 2 beautifull dogs for days and left them in there own piss and poo only got a 10 month ban from pets it's outrageouse!! I'd like you all to sign to help stop animal abuse!!!
