Petition Against Nice Cars Unfair Treatment

I think it is unfair that Ray Lyle has overcharged the purchase price of the cars that he has sold. In most cases it is two times the Blue Book Value of the car with a huge interest rate in the range of 24% to 28% on top of the over-inflated price. He knowingly sold these vehicles to people who he knew would not be able to pay for the vehicles so they would be repossessed so he could in turn make more profit off the vehicles. Those who have not surrendered their vehicles are having a hard time paying for them. They didn't have a choice. They had to have a car and he took advantage of them.
