We are Millions of American Citizens Across the USA who are simply fed up with paying some 60-70 Billion dollars a year because of Illegal Immigration ( Border Patrol, Social Services, Housing, Medical Including Routine NON-Emergency care , Set Aside Programs, College benefits, Deportation Costs, Tax Evasion Costs to Americans, ID Theft of Citizens, Crimes against American Citizens including Murder-Robbery-Other Felonies, Monetary Payments in many different forms to illegal Immigrants, Criminal Justice Costs, Educational Programs, and other “special programs” directed to support, assist or help those who are illegally in America. ).People, this is your hard earned dollars and you should be able to spend it on YOUR children and family, Right ??
During this election its probably your ONE AND ONLY chance to STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. But, you must be a smart voter. Don’t just vote the “party line”. That’s just throwing your vote away. Dear Sir / Mam
I'm writing because I am deeply concerned about the serious &
current illegal immigration problem which is hurting ALL American
Citizens for which you have been elected to protect.
As you must know illegally entering into the USA is a crime and
according to the LAW, these people are subject to arrest ( and
deportation after they have served and paid fines ). When they
ILLEGALLY enter the USA they fully understand the risks and that they
are breaking USA laws by doing so. Every person that breaks any law
has some reason why they did it, but, no excuse should ever warrant a
REWARD for BREAKING US LAW ( Like "Amnesty or Citizenship " ).
Here is a copy of the law in case you have forgotten:
Illegal Immigration is a Crime
Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by
Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place
other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a
willfully false or misleading representation or the willful
concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up
to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison.
Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of
immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal
sanctions or nature of the offense.
PLEASE do not ignore your American Citizens who have voted for
you in the past. We are tired of paying billions of dollars every
year to support citizens of OTHER countries. We are tired of having
Americans fall victim of crimes ( Including, but not limited to: Tax
evasion, ID Theft, Murder, Robbery, and other Felonies ) from
Citizens of OTHER countries inside of America and passively over
looked by American politicians. We are tired of certain Governors and
their State Capitols offering "Sanctuaries", Housing, Monetary
Benefits and Drivers License to Citizens of OTHER COUNTRIES to hide
in America, which hurts ALL Americans. We are tired of laws made by
some Governors that make it illegal for OUR AMERICAN POLICE FORCE to
properly in-force laws to protect American Citizens ( IE Laws that
prevent police from being able to investigate persons suspected as
being in America ILLEGALLY ). We are tired of the abuse of the 14Th
Amendment ( Often referred to as the "Anchor Baby" loop hole ) that
is used by illegal immigrants to circumvent immigration and residency
laws.
Its time for our American Politicians to prove to their VOTING
CITIZENS if they are for the safety and economic well being of
American Citizens or if they are going to pander to citizens of OTHER
countries and help those illegally in the USA to reap rewards and
benefits from the American Tax Payer.
We plan to vote for politicians who are fully against illegal
immigration and who are fully against ANY reward, ANY Amnesty, ANY
Citizenship for those who ILLEGALLY entered the USA ( and are
Citizens of FOREIGN Countries ).
Please, be a hero and an American and do the right thing and we in
turn will vote for you........
