"Defending Humanity: Demanding Amnesty and International Justice to Protect Lives from the Putin Regime"

Wanted by the International Court of Justice in The Hague for war crimes, Putin and his accomplices constantly threaten to use nuclear weapons, demonstrating their willingness to do so.

In connection with the unprecedented threat to my life and to prevent a crime against humanity, I demand that the UN Human Rights Committee convene an emergency meeting of the UN General Assembly and submit the following draft resolution to the vote:

"Appeal of the heads of states and peoples of the world
People of the Russian Federation":

Recognizing the unprecedented threat to the existence of humanity, we decide:

1) To declare Putin and his regime illegal and illegitimate.
Recognize invalid all orders of the Putin regime.

2) A call to disobey the orders of Putin and his regime to protect from persecution.

3) Guarantee an amnesty for those who extradite Putin and his accomplices to international justice for their crimes, and prevent new ones, including crimes against humanity.

We are sure that such a resolution will receive the support of all countries that voted for the answer "Humanitarian consequences of aggression against Ukraine" on March 24, 2022, leading to an end to bloodshed and the threat of a nuclear strike.

This resolution will delegitimize Putin and his regime by dismantling their executive mechanism. This will create legal conditions for the unification in Russia of a responsible elite, free from involvement in war crimes, with a strong sense of duty to their people and humanity. They will hand Putin over to international justice and sign Russia's surrender on terms the global community sets.

Putin is an impostor who seized power with a constitutional coup in 2012. He is a state criminal who has no constitutional right to be president after 2008. The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation does not allow a person who has served as President of the Russian Federation for a maximum of two consecutive terms to run for office. Moreover, back in 1998, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation issued a definition of the constitutional limit of presidential powers for the same person: no more than two terms, and only if they were exactly in a row. Determination of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of November 5, 1998 N 134-O "On the case of the interpretation of Article 81 (part 3) and paragraph 3 of section two "Final and transitional provisions" of the Constitution of the Russian Federation":
"... Two terms of office in a row, as referred to in Article 81 (Part 3) of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, constitute a constitutional limit, the excess of which the Constitution of the Russian Federation, including paragraph 3 of its section two "Final and transitional provisions," does not allow. ..".
"The decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, in this case, is final, not subject to appeal, enters into force immediately after its announcement, is generally binding, acts directly, and does not require confirmation by other bodies and officials."

We must create a peacekeeping precedent in international law that holds tyrants accountable for their actions, especially when they threaten the world with weapons of mass destruction.

While the proposed solution is unprecedented, it is worth noting that all precedents have been set at some point in history.
