Jasper Lamar Thomas

We are trying to keep Allison Miller in jail for the murder of Jasper Thomas. in June of 2002 Allison(31) shot Jasper Thomas(19) and has only served 6 years of a 10 years sentence. Please help  us to keep Allison in jail to at least serve her full 10 years. She took someone who was so special to so many people.
