The US Air Force at 30,000 ft was spraying the sky of Maine June 17, 2009 and on many other occasions to the determent of the people, meanwhile the Citizen victims of Maine once again without notification or warning to health hazards or risk to they're well being look on helpless causing varied illness in the population. 1. What do you know about this? 2. What would you do if you did know about this outrage? 3. Now you do know, what are you and others going to do about it to protect us from our own Federal Government lack of caring to whatever happens to it's Citizen's of this great country. You can ask the Downwinders one of many tragic incidents that Federal Government has imposed on it's Citizenry. {you might want to look that up, showing they cared less even then.} We the People of the Great State of Maine want it stopped immediately. We the undersigned demand the Govenor of the Great State of Maine John Elias Baldacci, stop the harmful spraying of Chemical trails of Aluminum oxide conjoined with other possibly harmful agents. Spraying that is and has been occurring without population consent or knowledge of the hazards and consequences of these acts in the Great State of Maine. We the people petition the State of Maine and the Federal Government of the Republic of the United States of America to cease all Chemspraying over the Great State of Maine and never again endanger the health and well being of the population of Maine.
