2) Charter update from 1946 as follows: Organization devoted to the advancement of telecommunications arts and sciences and to fostering creative leadership in the telecommunications industry recognizing all award recipients and ALL members of their Award Teams contributing to the magical creative process in an online Award Team Showcase of Best Supporting Happiness. http://TickettoHappiness.Org
3) The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences would add the new 16th category: Best Military Comedy (Trooptube.TV)
In honor of Syd Cassyd the Emmy founder, as envisioned a serious forum where
ALL aspects and concerns of the medium could be discussed.
