Credit Hour Cancelation / Tuition Reimbursement

I've been attempting to get properly medicated for the longest time now.  Since 6th grade to be exact.  I don't know what it was that pushed me over the edge and caused me to get hospitalized, but it happened.  Because of my medical needs, I know I won't be able to get caught up in my studies properly.  If I were to try, it would pose more than overwhelming state, and put me right back into the ward.  So I ask that you please delete my courses, and provide tuition reimbursement.  That way I can get myself right to take the same courses in the spring with a clear head.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
