Merchant Marines Back Pay for they're time of service, these men are in they're 80's, how much more time do they have. My father did a 4 years contracted from the Air force, then turned around & did another 2 years in the Merchant Marines, he did his share. Talk is cheap, resolve is keeping a promise, the promise needs to be fulfilled, Quickly. My father has had 3 strokes, but he keeps on going. Give him & the men that served what they deserve, Pay them there 1000.00 per month as promised FAST, THEY ARE IN THEIR 80'S, How much longer must they wait. Push the though Congress as they promised.Not when they passed away, Now, they deserve it.
