To have Commissioner Bruno Barreira representative of our district and the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners amend the Miami-Dade County leash law, allowing dogs to legally be off leash on those designated and approved areas by the Mayor and Commission of the City of Miami Beach on June 03, 2009 Commission meeting. Specifically the land in South Pointe Park located to the south-west end of the Park, allowing us to move forward with the off leash trial period as soon as possible.
We, the undersigned residents and registered voters of the City of Miami Beach and City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, do hereby and respectfully petition you Commissioner Bruno Barreira, representative of our district: District 5, to approve and move forward for the acceptance by the rest of Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners ( Commissioner Barbara J.
