HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOL

I arrived at Highlands High School in 1996, and still, I must add, I love my high school. It's only natural because it's mine. The Grant Unified School District gave Highlands a ton of money via school grants and things aren't changing. Give me one good reason why the Federal Government shouldn't take the school, after all, who took out McClellan Air Force Base and let Highlands and Grant High School suffer while Rio Linda, Center and Foothill thrive?
