Microsoft Irresponsible Warranty

This Unprofessionalism Needs to stop, We the People customers of Microsoft's Xbox 360 are and continue to have problems with Microsoft's Gaming Console's Warranty. Microsoft States that if a customer buys a refurbished Xbox 360 Then Microsoft will void the Warranty. We the People are tired of this abuse.

It Doesn't Matter if the the Xbox 360 Console has been refurbished or Bought Used. As long as the Customer Provides prof of Purchase.. We paid our Money Microsoft You FIX IT. This is not our fault Microsoft it is your problem. It has been 3 years and Microsoft you have done nothing to fix your Xbox 360 Technical Problems but......make us suffer.

Warranty is Brand new with New Registerd owner. Why Should we New Owners Suffer because the Past owner's Warranty has Expired. Or Suffer because a Game Store sold us a refurbished Gaming Console. This Unjust tactic by Microsoft is to abuse us with more Charges.

The Point is We spend our good hard earned money on your Xbox 360. Microsoft you know your Gaming System is a hardware malfuction Magnet. What you do to us in return. Make us Suffer. We the People are tired of this abuse.

This Petition is for Microsoft to Provide all Xbox 360 Gaming Consoles Used and or refurbished to come with a 1 year warranty. The Customer must provide Prof of store Purchase.
